Frequently asked questions

Short answers about fees, rebates, programmes and counselling.

Why is there an extra USD 35 for the online assessment?

The customised couple report is essential to Prepare & Enrich. Prepare & Enrich Inc. charges a service fee to collate answers, tabulate results and generate your report.

How do I apply for the MSF rebate?

Complete the attendance sheets and MSF feedback forms. We collate them and submit them to MSF, then tell you if your application is approved. We will need your payee name and address for the rebate cheque.

Are there programmes for married couples?

Yes. Marriage Enrichment (MEP) is one-to-one, with a deeper focus on relational history, parenting and other couple issues. The PREP group workshop is also open to married couples, including those who did a premarital programme years ago.

Do you offer counselling? How many sessions do I need?

Yes, session by session. We generally recommend 4 to 6 sessions to evaluate how well the agreed plan is working. Clients needing specialised mental health or abuse-related support may be referred to specialists.

What kinds of counselling do you offer?

Individual counselling for relationship-related anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, life transitions and grief, and couple counselling for communication and conflict. Couples who have decided to divorce are referred to Divorce Support Specialist Agencies.

Are your counsellors qualified?

Qualifications range from postgraduate diploma to Master’s level, with at least five years in family life education.

How do I choose the right programme?

It depends on your needs, life stage, schedule, and whether you prefer one-to-one sessions or learning with peers. Email us and we will help you decide.

How do I register?

Email careworksfamilylife@gmail.com with the programme you are interested in. If you do not hear from us within 3 to 5 working days, please write again.
